David is a fantastic real estate agent to work with!! As a first time home-buyer, David and his colleagues were there for me every step of the way. As a very do-it-yourself guy I had extensively researched the market before contacting a realtor. After a quick intro session and a few back and forth emails regarding which properties I was interested in, David and his colleagues had an excellent understanding of my price range and the type of place I was looking for. David was able to set me up on a tour of a place within hours of it going on the market, and I was able to close about a month after the tour. David and his team definitely make the complicated-home buying process their business while you continue on with the hustle and bustle of daily life.
